Return Policy

Ganja Vibes products purchased from this website come with 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Products purchased elsewhere are subject to proof of purchase before a return can be processed. Make sure you understand the return and refund policy of the seller if you purchase Ganja Vibes products anywhere but this website.

Defective Products:

While we work hard to ensure quality control, we know these things can happen. If your product fails and you wish to receive a replacement product, please contact us at:

Please provide the following information:

Date of purchase
Order number (or proof of purchase if not purchased from this site)
Reason for return
Phone number where you can be contacted
Shipping address for replacement

In some cases, we may request that you return your defective unit in order to assist us with identifying issues and improving our product range. Return shipping will be paid by Ganja Vibes.

 

Damaged Products:

If you received your product in the mail and it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. In order to process a damage claim and replace any damaged items, we require you to provide images of the packaging your product was shipped in and the product that was damaged within 72 hours of receipt of your product. 

If you are in receipt of a damaged product purchased from this website, please contact us at customerservice@ganjavibes.com and attach at least three images to your email. Please include the following:

Your name 
Date of Purchase
Order Number
Tracking Number
Date received
Shipping address for replacement
Phone number where you can be contacted

Once received, we will process your claim within 5-7 business days of receipt of your claim. Damaged items must be returned to us for inspection. A return shipping label will be emailed to you for the return of any damaged items. Once we receive your damaged item(s), a replacement product will be issued within 5-7 business days of the receipt of your damaged item(s). When replacement product is shipped out, you will receive tracking information via email.

Damaged items MUST be returned before a replacement is issued.
